“After a burn-out and thinking I could get out of it on my own, I was exhausted, dizzy and had palpitations. As if I had run a marathon. After three months at home and a talk with the family doctor, I ended up with Julie. I wanted to be the same as before, an active 55 year old, without medication.

4 months later I feel more energetic again. Julie taught me how to deal with stress when something unexpected happens. And that I need to be more assertive.  Because I still come from an era when you have to work for what you earn and always have to say yes to your boss.
