“My feeling in the beginning was: a lot of stress both at work and at home. I am standing strong in life, but now I didn’t managed to fight. One can say, you have family, friends, colleagues,…. so help enough. But no matter how I tried, I could no longer manage to deal with it on my own even with their support. So I looked for help. A coach was recommended to me. I had my reservations at first, also felt ashamed about why I couldn’t manage this on my own…. But, what did I have to lose? And, what do you have to lose?
