my name is Julie and as a coach I help women who are feeling “not good enough” and “overloaded” to be confident and re-energized again.

The fact is, managing stress and building your self-confidence is not something you learn in school.

Which is really sad, because we are faced with stress in a lot of areas of our life and we do occasionally get a dent in our self-confidence.

But we don’t always know how to handle it and certainly not how to tailor it to our personal situation.

We are not given a manual on how our minds, our bodies work when we come into this world.

A pity, isn’t it?
