Processing purposes

HAPPY MIND GUIDE collects and processes customer personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Legal basis(s) of processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of. (a) consent, (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract, (f) (necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interest in doing business) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

To the extent that the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of article 6.1. a) (consent), the customer has the right to withdraw the given consent at any time.

If necessary to achieve the stated purposes, the customer’s personal data will be shared with other companies (of the HAPPY MIND GUIDE group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly related to HAPPY MIND GUIDE or with any other partner of HAPPY MIND HOUSE.

The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and may correct it (or have it corrected) if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, restrict its processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

Direct Marketing

The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (rue du Printing 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).

The use of “cookies”.
